We placed the order just before Christmas and was told 5-6 weeks for delivery and potentially 2-3 weeks for installation. The order was delivered locally as hoped and the installation was quickly scheduled. Justin was the installer for the 2 doors, new rails, 2 garage doors and new key pads… plus program the remote controls. He was excellent - professional, pride in his work… quality through and through. The quality of the doors are outstanding and the quietness of the garage door openers are night & day from the old. The initial consultation for my needs was spot on. The door suggested was in the price range I expected. Casey the consultant did not try to upsell me. I got a door for my needs and it looks really nice. To round out my purchase the installation was above and beyond. Referring to Justin Whipkey as an installation technician does not do him justice. Justin is a master craftsman. His execution of the installation was nothing short of a grandmaster applying his craft. These folks are a class act that made me happy.

I had a great experience working with Chuck during a sales consultation. I had already researched exactly what I wanted, and Chuck respected that instead of trying to upsell me on anything else. He brought a lot of technical knowledge to conversation and was able to answer all of my questions without hesitation. Got to work quickly answered all my questions did an awesome job installing in record time and the door looks incredible.
