I want to recognize installers Edward and Mike, representing S & P Floors for a great job of installing our new Shaw kitchen floor. They found the floor was not level and worked to ensure it was perfect before laying the plank tile. Mike was very meticulous in measuring, cutting, and installing the tile. They cleaned up very well before leaving. When buying from S & P Floors, I recommend you ask for Edward and Mike for the install.

SP Floors was phenomenal from beginning to end. Mike gladly helped us pick out which carpet would be best for our new home, was very easy to communicate with, and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Once the installation day came, the installers were incredibly fast and efficient and got to work the second they arrived. I genuinely loved seeing the finished product. I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!!

I’ve allowed a year “cooling off” period before writing this review but have to warn others of the poor service and quality of both the product and install from SP Floors. We purchased hardwood flooring through Mike before moving into our new phone. We needed the floors installed before moving in and I was in constant communication with Mike to try to make that happen smoothly. I confirmed timing with Mike before choosing a closing date, before listing our old house and before scheduling movers. Each time he assured me the original install date was still accurate. The week our floors were supposed to be installed (2 weeks before our move), Mike told us they never arrived. I am extremely happy that I chose S P Flooring for my hardwood purchase. I was not rushed into the purchase and I was provided samples so that I could take home and keep them. Mike, a sales associate at the store, was so helpful and attentive every time I stopped by the store. His “soft sell” approach is the reason I chose SP Flooring. They were able to meet my tight time schedule of laying the floors before my new furniture was going to be delivered. After shopping around for the perfect amount hardwood floors, S P Flooring was reasonably priced, offered an excellent array of product and their customer service was top notch! I will continue to use S P Flooring for many of my home remodeling purchases. The floor looks great!

Our flooring was done by SP Floors a year and a half ago and it’s a total nightmare. It’s a daily jigsaw puzzle of a floor that I have to put back together, not once a day but multiple times a day. It’s so clear that too much expansion space was left. There are gaps throughout the entire house. The *entire* house! We had the installer come back out and he recommended we just push it back together with our shoes on. It’s so loose now that I can push some pieces with my pointer finger back and forth. Every week, more gaps appear. It looks like total garbage and I would never use SP Floors again.
