My garage door stopped opening on the weekend so I called the only company that was open at the time. Precision Garage Door was able to schedule a technician to come out first thing Monday morning. Joshua (the tech) was friendly and very knowledgeable about what the issue was with my garage door. He was so helpful that I asked if he could fix a separate garage door that same day and he ended up fixing both. He had all the parts and was excited to help solve my issue. You can stop Googling now. Precision Garage Door Service of Youngstown is the BEST. On a cold, early January morning, my vintage 1999 garage door gave out. Being a believer in getting three estimates, Precision was the only company to call me back (the other two never did!) and it took them less than a half hour to do so. I was impressed! An hour later their tech, Josh Ramos showed up, took measurements and found a new door in stock at a fair price. In the meantime, Josh got the old door operational again. This guy is good! Josh Ramos. Phenomenal technician, he came over for a separate issue, the wife had a little incident with side by side and plow, he replaced that no problem, I asked for his insight and problem solving on a garage door in my mancave/garage. I had a company down the road D&r install a silent opener, Josh identified a draft issue, alignment issue, a drywall issue that prevented the garage from sitting flush, D&R wouldn’t even come look at the issues unless I was purchasing a new door. My guy fixed the issue, within 30 mins my garage is warmer than it has ever been. He was pleasant, personable, and gave me suggestions. Emanuel is great! Awesome for the company. Polite but will talk real and honest. And he showed app on time he did his job I made sure I had everything moved and asked if he wanted more things moved, you gotta work with your technician. Very professional and very personable..... The keypad is a nice accessory. Of course 2 remote openers come with it. One installed by the man door in the garage. You cannot even hear this garage door opener run. Just purchased and installed today.
