I had a great experience with Precision Garage Door Company from start to finish. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time, and the technician (Mike Greer) was knowledgeable and professional. He clearly explained the issue I was having. He gave a fair quote and completed the assessment quickly. There was no pressure, no upselling, just honest, reliable service. I really appreciate their attention to detail and friendly customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for garage door repairs or installation.

Garage door not opening. Called for service. Smooth intake process, quick appointment, reasonable $50 for service call. After inspection, we are informed that the hardware needs replacement (~2.5k cost). We asked if it is possible at all to fix even temporary - and the answer was no. Called another highly rated service provider who also came quickly and fixed at $250 cost. Usually would consider this practice variation but we did double check and ask if its at all possible to fix, so hence the disappointment.

We had a catastrophic garage door failure in Saturday night I found Precision online and was able to book an appointment for the next day. They were on time assessed the issue and had everything they needed on board their truck to complete the repair the same day. Thank you! Excellent service!

The service we receive from PRECISION GARAGE is exemplary. First and foremost, they are punctual and provide excellent customer service. They make sure and explain everything clearly and even thought they may or may not know clearly the circumstances, they make sure and offer all options and send thorough description of those options. Lastly, leave the option up to the consumer, no pressure. I love that and I will always use them for my garage needs. Each technician has been top notch and Joe was just that, top notch!
