Mike arrived on time. Reviewed my list of concerns about the 30 year old garage doors and their operation. Then inspected both door setups and advised me about possible replacement parts cost. About 11/2 hours later he was through. Doors moved like silk, vibrations were minimal, electric eyes were faulty and replaced. Slide locks were installed. Keypad codes were changed. It all worked like new. We were quite pleased with Mike's knowledge, his skills, and professionalism. Highly pleased with the company and Mike's service.

Our garage door sustained damage on a Friday afternoon, with a winter storm coming in that evening with heavy snow and frigid temps. Precision Garage Door sent a service technician within two ours. We assumed he'd just look at the damage and provide an estimate for repair or replacement later. Instead, he got right to work and not only repaired the damage in 1-1/2 hours, but upgraded a lot of the door hardware. When finished, the door was better than new. Worth every penny! Precision gets my strongest possible recommendation!

Precision only had Best and 2nd best in his truck. I thought that was stranger. Sounded like there wax about 5 different models. So I basically had no choice. I got a LIFT-MASTER IQ. I Paid $1200 and I later found I should have paid $1200. What is my recourse except to give a BAD REVIEW. This rep from Precision had done this RIPOFF BEFORE. Shame I paid twice as much. If I had it to do over again , I would call Palmetto State, a very Reputable company
