John and Brian did a fantastic job of fixing our sewer line and would recommend them to family and friends, Ty Barb and Ira Gleason

Not only did the technician keep us waiting for 3 hours, we were overcharged. We were int he process of purchasing the home and had a short window of time to be in the house while the owner of the owner was out They knew this and chose to let us wait 3 hours until he finally showed up. Not only that that technician broke the cap at the end of the sewer line and took 3 days to return to fix it. After doing additional plumbing work on our current house we sold, they said we paid way to much for a video inspection of sewer line. The company was not interested in our grievance

We had a backup system installed so we don't worry about flooding in the basement if our power should go out. We now can worry less when away from home! The whole process was great, I never had any issues reaching out when I had questions. They were very open about cost and explained the whole process, I never felt pressured and felt completely comfortable and confident in this company. On the day of install the techs showed up on time and did a great job also no mess was left! I will call on them in the future for any of our plumbing needs, or heating and air they do also!

Precision is amazing!! I have called them in a panic and they have made my plumbing issue a priority. When I have scheduled maintenance, they are on time, professional and do excellent work. They go above and beyond (helping me diagnose issues, not even plumbing related) Definitely recommend them!!
