Precision Heating & Cooling

Viktor and Timothy did a great job installing my new heat pump. They arrived within the set time window and worked efficiently, completing the project (removing my old gas furnace, installing a new electric system with a heat pump, and liaising with the electricians) in six hours. They were courteous throughout, made sure drop clothes protected the interior the house (it's muddy in December!) and explained the system to me clearly when they were finished. After some initial scheduling and parts procurement challenges, the staff at Precision worked quickly to remedy the situation, which was appreciated. I would recommend Precision services.

From start to finish we were extremely impressed with the entire crew at Precision Heating and Cooling. They were so professional and their quote was exact and reasonable. They tested everything thoroughly and verified that all of it worked as designed. They were super friendly and helpful. They even brought a heater in for us while the furnace was being replaced. Loved working with this company and would highly recommend.

Precision Heating and Cooling is INCREDIBLE. I called around a handful of HVAC shops regarding a specific system I wanted. Its called the Honeywell True Zone system. I got quotes from 4 different HVAC shops and Precision had the best price and knew the system in and out. They explained how it worked in depth and overall gave me confidence in them based on their knowledge. The system allows me to have multiple temperature zones in the house. No longer do I have to fight my wife to keep the house at 70 haha... now she can have the main house be 65 and I have my man cave at 70. We also added a few other zones. It really improved the efficiency of the system! Precision Heating and Cooling is the BEST!!!

Chad and David worked very hard to make sure everything was the way it should be up to code etc. The way our house was built back in 1959 the construction had a lot to be desired, so there were some really tight spots up in the attic to work with trying to get the copper piping to wind in thru there for the a/c, however Chad knew what it took to make it work. They were both very kind and friendly. I would glady recommend Precision heating, and Chad and David as installers to family and friends.

Precision Air was very easy to work with when we switched from gas heat to heat pump heating/ac. Pricing was good, getting scheduled and installed was swift. Viktor and Ed showed up in the morning for the install and wrapped it all up by late afternoon. So easy, and the new system is much better than our retired gas furnace that served us well for 32+ years.
