Amazing service. Extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the engineering of a home. He discussed aspects of homes regarding electrical, foundation, plumbing and more like a master of his craft. He even knew what type of wood my garage was constructed with just by site and knew the ages of other homes just by looking at them. Which, he was right about too. Well worth his fee just to learn from him, as well as getting the home inspected. Worth every penny.

I had Eric as my inspector he was great. I was a few minutes late because I had to leave work to go to the inspection. That wasn't a problem for Eric he was there and waited for me and walked me through what he did and explained to me about everything that was going on. He is very knowledgeable and a funny guy. Also was very happy he explained a lot to me and was very helpful. This is my first home and he did great showing me and telling me what is right and wrong. Also he was very quick to give me my home inspection paper work I got it through my email the next day. I will recommend him to anyone that needs a inspection on their house. This company is simply phenomenal. They go above and beyond what is expected of them. I first reached out to Eric who explained their background and experience over the phone, I was very happy and moved forward with a home inspection with them. His father Hank met me at the property two days later - they were very flexible and could have done it earlier, the timing was my decision. (Hank arrived earlier than us.) Eric was great! Not only did he travel to Rockland county from Long Island during a snowstorm but he also arrived 10 minutes early. As a first-time home purchaser, I didn't know what to expect. Eric walked me through the entire home and property explaining everything along the way. He also emailed the inspection report (20 pages!) the very next day breaking down what he mentioned during the inspection. He's extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Highly recommended!

I called Precision Home Inspection as well as a few others based on the reviews of others. Eric quickly responded and provided us a very competitive quote to do the work so we went with him. He arrived early and did a very thorough inspection. It was clear he knew what he was doing. Everything went exceptionally smooth and we were done in about three hours. Eric promised to have the report the early the next morning and he did exactly that. The report clearly documented the home including pictures and has been very helpful in us moving forward on purchasing the house. The most important thing I can say about him, was he was clearly there for us and only had our interests in mind. I recommend him highly.
