We are SO HAPPY with our new floors!! From picking out the LVP planks, to ordering, to install. Kenny and his entire team were so professional and responsive to all our needs and requests! Justin and Dylan did a phenomenal job with the install and we just couldn’t be happier with the results! Thank you so much, Precision!! Will definitely be using them for future home projects!

We replaced our original flooring (22 yrs. old) in the bonus room and couldn’t be more satisfied with the outcome. Precision Flooring and Granite were very helpful throughout the entire process. I don’t make hasty decisions; they were very patient with me while I took numerous samples back and forth from their showroom. Kenny located the carpet, provided an ETA, met the ETA, and installed the carpet on schedule. Kenny noticed a low area in our flooring that I wasn’t even aware of. We are completely thrilled with our entire renovation by the crew at Precision Kitchen & Bath in St. Cloud, FL! We had NO CLUE which patterns/styles to choose, but knowledgeable Kenny, Cindy, & Julie were patient guides as we perused the many flooring & countertop options. Their design center has a vast selection of materials & finishes. We were permitted to bring home flooring samples, which proved quite helpful. The crew removed outdated tile on our ground floor (in 6 areas of our home) along with water-damaged, laminate flooring. Installed was a modern, waterproof, "beachy-looking" PVC flooring that looks as good now as it did on installation day, 7 years ago! White, 6" baseboards enhanced the look. Excellent work on our 2 bathrooms. From installing new showers, painting walls, cabinets, new lights and mirrors. Very dependable and professional and pleasant people to work with. Done in timely manner and reasonable price. Justin and Dylan did great work. Kenny did a wonderful job for making things happen and easy. Would recommend highly for your renovations!!

I had an appointment with Kenny this morning for a granite estimate on my kitchen countertops. He was very polite and professional and gave me some useful background information about his company. He then took all the measurements and explained how the process would work. He even gave me an idea on how I could make my counter space larger and more efficient! He will get back to me soon with an estimate.I felt no pressure. My first impression was a great one and hopefully looking forward to working with this small business company!!!
