Sam from Precision has been providing excellent work solving issues at my house. He had the experience needed to make my repairs, did it quickly, and had a smile the entire time. He is a man who enjoys his work, and takes pride in what he does. My garage heater was not working and Sam first looked at the thermostat on the wall. He determined that parts were broken and could not connect to make the heater turn on. Sam gave me a choice of two different thermostats that were available. I chose one and Sam replaced it. My garage is now heated!!! Sam is friendly, kind, efficient, and the man I want to call when I need mechanical work done on my house. I recommend him for people who want an excellent outcome for their home issues. I would add that Lukas was also with Sam. Both are excellent

Good experience! Our heat wouldn't turn on for the first cooler day of the season. We tried a few things ourselves, but then called them up. They didn't have any openings for a few days, but it wasn't an emergency, so no big deal. (In the past, they have come out right away when it was actually urgent.) The mechanic (I think his name was Lukus) arrived when he said he would arrive, which was a huge plus for me. He was able to diagnose the issue right away, and got the furnace running. He cycled it on and off several times to make sure we wouldn't run into the same issue in a few days. I asked him to replace the part, just to be safe. Lucas was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They came out the same day that I called to repair our heater. If I have another heater issue I’ll be asking for Lucas!
