I called for an appointment on a Friday. I was offered a time slot that same day but it didn’t work for us so I set it for 8-10A on Monday. The technician called at 7:30A on Monday letting us know he was 30 minutes out. He arrived at 8A, prepared the estimate (which we approved) and started the work. He finished around 10A and everything looked great and functioned perfectly. The whole process was seamless and professional. From Alexis who scheduled the appointment to Michael Harris who did the work - all 5 stars. We’ll definitely use Precision again if the need arises.

Called with an emergency issue related to a broken spring coil and cracked garage door. Precision came out within hours and were able to fully replace the door with new belt driven garage door opener in the same day for a reasonable price. Initial technician and installers were courteous, skilled and knowledgeable. All around 5 star experience.
