Precision Overhead Garage Door Service

Terrible !!! They door almost fell to the floor the 6 th time we raised it . My best friend thought I was getting too old to do this so he wanted me to give him a company that I thought would treat him right and boy did I screw up!!! He passed away 1 month after the install and I was already mad because they put screws back in the same holes that were there originally and the track is as crooked as it comes but you can look at the pictures and see for yourself

Precision came promptly at the time they stated they would be here and they gave me a text message and a phone call letting me know they were on their way. Once they got here, they assessed the situation and asked questions that would help them get a better idea of the problems we were having. After a thorough inspection of everything involved with our garage door, they shared four different plans for us to choose from. The work was completed in a timely manner, and our technician went over everything that he did and explained why he did it. Very pleased with our experience with Precision!

Dean came out within 24 hours to replace a broken garage door spring. Did a fantastic job. Went over everything in detail. Explained what needed to be done and what the cost would be. Highly recommended.

Honestly, in 2025, it's ridiculous for a customer to be left hanging around for a four-hour window without a proper update. Companies like Precision Garage Door in Liberty should know better. With all the technology available—GPS tracking, easy communication with employees—there's really no excuse for leaving a customer in the dark. What happened was simple: they promised a time window between 4 and 8 PM. By 5 PM, I had zero updates. When I called them, they couldn’t even give me a real ETA. Instead, I got a vague promise of a 15 to 20-minute heads-up when the tech was on the way. That's not enough. A company that actually cares could easily call their technician and say, 'Hey, how much longer at your current job before you head to Josh's place?' Then they could give me a real estimate—m

My garage opener quit after 23 years, and David installed a new Liftmaster which is much quieter and works great. He is a super nice guy also, he explained my options and got to work on the new setup. Definitely recommend!
