Owner rents properties and does not care about the tenants, only concerned with the rent money. Was there a Lil over a year and couldn't use the central air bc it had my bill over 500 a month and he was not to concerned with fixing it.
Rude and nasty employees. Don't know how to talk to people. Just nasty attitude. And I'm not an employee. I'm somebody's mother, sister, auntie, cousin, and so on.
Very very hard working owner. Makes sure the job is done quick and in amazing quality.
