Krystal answered my call just before midnight and was ready to help for a plumbing issue at my business! She was extremely friendly and positive the entire time and had someone she could get out that same night to solve my problem but I settled for the next morning. Donavan showed up the next morning at 7:30 AM and provided excellent service with great knowledge. He immediately fixed my problem and had my business ready to be open that morning!!

Junior's came to us highly recommended and we have not been disappointed. Junior's has done extensive work in our recently purchased home - everything from deferred maintenance like updating valves, to installing a new drain and faucet in our kitchen, to assisting with the renovation of a bathroom. We chose to supply a new tub, toilet, and sink, and they were very easy to work with when taking the old fixtures out and installing the new ones. The plumbers, especially Chris who we worked with extensively, are awesome - really friendly, punctual, and get the job done, and everyone I've worked with in the office is great, too. Highly recommend!

Was charged $400.00 for digging and the only digging that was done was by the County. Because they had to replace the barrel and other components. After the County employees did their repairs. Everything else was prepped and ready by county employees, the hole was dug and County’s components barrel, collar, flow meter were left ready for reassemble when it was time to backfill after leak was repaired. plumber/s would have an easier task of repairing leak since the County employees dug out the hole. So I agreed on a scheduled time for repairs just to end up getting pushed for a customer who needed repairs more than I did and I paid a deposit to get my repairs done at a time agreed upon and yet no plumber/s for almost 3hrs. past scheduled appointment, called their coming, talked again, their

I Can't say enough about Junior's Plumbing. My husband has Alzheimer's Disease and He shut the water off to the toilet unbeknownst to me. Mark did not make feel like I was totally stupid. He was wonderful. Then I asked him to look at another toilet for me and turns out I did need it to be repaired. Mark was very professional, gave me an estimate for the work and cleaned up after himself. I will recommend Junior's Plumbing to all of my friends and I will definitely use them again! Michele the lady who answered the telephone was courteous and very helpful in setting up my appointment for the toilet repair. I called on a Saturday morning to a few plumbing companies after my water heater crapped out on Friday night. Most did not answer and one actually said they would send someone out Monday afternoon for an ESTIMATE. I told them I'd prefer to have it installed on Monday. Junior's plumbing did better than that. They said they could do it that very same day. And there was no inflated price as a result. The price was fair and Charlie (plumber) came out that afternoon and did a phenomenal job. He was very friendly and personable and he showed great confidence in his work. I waited a week to leave this review in the event any issues arose but not a single one to be found and the hot water is cruising in my house now. Great job Charlie and Junior's plumbing.
