I can't say enough good things about this company. From top to bottom, the are superb in every way. When I called to get an estimate, they showed up on time and we were the only ones to provide a detailed drawing of how the railing system would lay out. When we scheduled the install, I had to postpone it a few times due to my own conflicts, and Jeffrey didn't bat an eye. He accommodated me each time and was super nice about moving the dates. The crew who installed the rails were excellent, and didn't complain about working in the cold. Darren, the lead installer, talked through the process and even eliminated two large posts for a cleaner look. This ended up saving me a few hundred dollars. The walkway railing looks fine, that isn’t the problem. The problem is they apparently cut the metal pieces on the street. After they finished their work, instead of cleaning up all the tiny metal bits that were all over the asphalt, they somehow thought it would be a good idea to use a BLOWER. Tiny metal shards went everywhere. All over our garden all over our lawn. Everywhere. The worst part was, my neighbor hired them. We didn’t even get the benefits, just the negatives of these people. I also want to recognize that we were spared the worst of it, my neighbors yard was COVERED. It’s a shame their work is just fine, however their attention to detail and being considerate of the environment is very lacking. I recently hired Precision Rail to install an aluminum rail system with tempered glass panels on my beach home. My deck and rail face the ocean, and the winter storms are brutal. I am so impressed with Precision's products. Absolutely the best on the market, the best service imaginable, and competitively priced.
