Chris recently helped finish our basement. Right from our first interaction with him, we noticed his passion and pride in his work. He was easy to interact with and was thoughtful throughout the process. We appreciated his ideas and input along the way. He did an egress window for us which was a major undertaking but he and his crew did a great job. We also asked him to build a reading nook (I showed him a picture of what we wanted), and he exceeded our expectations. Most importantly, he finished our work within the said time frame, which we really appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to hire him for any future work.

We hired Chris to finish our basement and could not be more pleased. He asked us questions, offered suggestions on what would look nice and worked to stay within our budget. His craftmanship is impressive. It's obvious he takes pride in his work. We would highly recommend him.

Chris recently completed a full renovation of our outdated sunroom into a cozy bar room/gathering place. Chris tore out and replaced the exterior walls, windows and doors. He raised the floor over our pre existing concrete slab to accommodate insulation. Tied in the electrical wiring, hung and painted sheet rock, installed flooring and exterior siding and also built a 2-step staircase to accommodate the flow from our home into the bar area. Chris was fairly priced, paid attention to detail to make sure the new matched the old in our home. We love the work he's done for us and would highly recommend Precision Renovations! NOT RTECOMMENDED!!! THIS GUY IS A CROOK AND A SHODDY CONTRACTOR! I contacted Angi's in May, 2024. Then, I received a call from Precision Renovations, through Angie. I told them this is a large job, asked if they have a licensed electrician and full crew, told me yes. The job started on 06/21/24, contractor left the job on 08/23/24. Contractor told me the morning of 08/23/24 that he was going to another job, walked off the job before it was completed (which is illegal). They smoked cigarettes, and I told them I didn't want cigarette butts laying around. After they left, my wife and I spent weeks cleaning up the mess of nails, cigarette butts, garbage, and construction trash they left.
