I cannot say enough about Jeff McLellan, Precision Tree and his team. Eric, Colby and Mitchell were the definition of Precision-- dropping ridiculously huge trees our lot in a way that kept what we wanted and removed what needed to go. They have all the equipment to do BIG jobs. (Like 130 foot trees).

The Precision Tree team cleared a portion of our property that was full of towering white pines and hemlocks looming over our house and power lines. It was amazing to watch these guys work. Truly their name says it all, PRECISION. Their equipment, their collective skill and their professionalism made them the perfect contractor for this very big job. It was clear at all times that safety was their number one concern. The results are amazing and will be beautiful as the landscaping continues on the new “blank” canvas. I had Precision Tree Experts remove several difficult trees at my house and have recommended them many times. They do fantastic work. They are professional, safe, neat, and fast. They are very low impact. They lower all the wood to the ground so no bug holes in the yard. They use pads to move equipment to protect the lawn. I can't imagine having a better experience.

Heard some strange cracking when walking between my house and my barn. Began to look around and discovered the ash tree that stands between the two was splitting at a large fork (see pictures). It was windy and rainy which was accelerating the split and I knew it was not long before it would let loose and either fall on my barn, or my house, or both. I immediately starting calling emergency tree services, Precision was the only one who called back. It was a Saturday afternoon, Memorial Day weekend. They immediately came out and looked at it with hopes to shore it up temporarily. They hooked a skid loader to it with a ~17k lb. rope and also ratchet straps to slow the splitting process. In the meantime they called out their folks, along with a130ft crane, to come out as quickly as possible.

While this is repetitive, PrecisionTree Experts is a great company. We have used them twice, and with them you get the job done on time, as promised, and they leave the job with everything neatly cleaned up. And, yes the hundred foot crane is amazing. Don't plan to do anything else because it's fun to watch.
