The Home Depot

We have been to lots of different Home Depot stores and this one is absolutely our favorite of all. This is the first time we have visited this store and the customer service was amazing! Literally all the employees that we came across said hi to us even when cashing out. Every employee made sure we found what we were looking for and all helped us with smiles in their faces. Too bad this store is 40 minutes away from home.

THANK YOU STEVE! Employee Steve was using the forklift in back warehouse area and saw my wife and I looking at cabinetry. He stopped what he was doing to come help us pick out new cabinets for our kitchen and bathroom remodel. He made sure we got these right hardware and even explained to us how and what to use to finish them. I was also unsure how I was going to get these home and Steve informed me that I could rent a truck through Home Depot and use those to get them home since they would not fit in my car. He even came out and helped me load everything and told me if I had any questions come back and he would help. I have truly never had a better shopping experience. Steve is a major asset to your company and should be coaching your other employees on what picture perfect customer servi

I Enjoy the drive to this store but will never go again.. Literally the worst customer service in the business . Clearly there is no manager on site or actively involved.Exchanging propane tanks easily becomes a 45 minute process waiting for the not busy employees to turn a combination lock and open a cabinet. This was not a one off experience but consistent on all trips . The same experience for checking out or trying to get assistance . Corporate should take a look at this location . You can not run a business like this

I have bad experience with Home Depot when I shop for flooring or kitchen make over. Don’t believe the sell man or any staff at Home Depot. They try to sell the products and services. No responsible and dishonesty. They will also mislead and lied. I will never never shop or buy anything at Home Depot in my life time. Please be aware when you shop at Home Depot. Don’t think Home Depot is big corporations so you can trust, they are the worst company. Hope people can award.

Online order pickup: I've been wanting the 12 ft. Skelly from Home Depot. I love Halloween and spooky things, so it's a big thing at our house. I signed up for alerts for when they would get a shipment in, since they didn't have any in stock; they texted me when they got the shipment in a couple days later. I purchased it and went into the store to pick it up. There's a customer service/pickup area. I checked in at the service desk which was quick and easy, I was on my way with my huge Skelly! Ordering online and picking up was seamless. The store looked the same as all other Home Depots. I've been in to shop for random items for house. Overall, a good experience.
