My workplace received a magazine from them and when I called to cancel the man on the line was rude and insisted they don’t have magazines, and that I must have the wrong number. Considering I have a magazine from them in my hands as we speak, with their exact address and phone number plastered all over it, I did not appreciate the attitude, nor being hung up on. Poor customer service.

This would have been a 5 star review before today. Now I refuse to give 1(but it's required to post). I ordered a trailer in August that was back ordered. Received a quote for the current price and agreed upon prepaying for the trailer. Fast forward to today. Mind you, to date our club has not received invoicing of any kind and I've never known an accountant to pay from a quote. Received an email that the trailer is scheduled to ship next week. But, the price and shipping has gone up.. a lot! Customer service told my assistant "you didn't prepay so they can't hold the price'. Not to worry though.. they have 20 other customers in line that will be happy pay. For the sake of the golf industry, I hope you are about to find out just how small our industry really is. This company provided very prompt service but the cost was assessed to me , unfortunately what I ordered per their website that was the correct part was in fact not the correct part and the person I was emailing with agreed the website was wrong and the part ordered was incorrect, so being the great upstanding company they say they are was willing to accept my return , of course at more shipping cost to me !!!!!!! Their mistake and I get to pay for it both ways being shipped ?!?! No thanks , no more business from me .

HORRIBLE! They take your money - then are happy not to ship items. DONT BUY FROM THESE FOLKS
