Precon Demolition

I used Precon to demo an old wooden patio and side yard storage sheds. The crew did a great job in every aspect of the demo. They got the job done quickly and efficiently. They even re hung my rain gutter and replaced a dry rotted facia board. The area was left clean and spotless. The job supervisor called to make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy with the work, before the crew left. I highly recommend Precon for any demolition job you have big or small.

Jessie and his crew did an outstanding job demolishing, filling and compacting my old backyard pool. Jessie determined the best path to the back, which was difficult, involving removing and reinstalling a section of fencing and causing a minimum of damage to the landscaping and irrigation. His crew managed their earth moving, concrete cutting and soil compacting equipment expertly, going significantly above and beyond permit requirements. When the job was complete, they had returned the front yard to its original contours, left the ground cover unscathed, and turned the edges of the pool deck into a bespoke walkway. All without breaking or cracking the large expanse of unavoidable exposed aggregate patio. & highly recommend this company.

I am extremely disappointed with Precon Demolition. They promised to refund us for a cancelled order weeks ago, but despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not responded or delivered the refund. Their lack of communication and failure to honor their commitment is unacceptable. I urge Precon Demolition to rectify the situation immediately by providing the promised refund. Their unreliability and unresponsiveness are reasons why I cannot recommend their services. UPDATE: They finally sent us the refund after we got the city involved and threatened legal action, so I have revised my review to 3 stars.

I hired Precon for a demo project and I was so impressed with their work ethic, professionalism, and commitment to following my timeline that I hired them for a complete condo REMODEL! Jesse and his team are truly AMAZING!!! From today forward, these are the only guys I would hire for my contracting and Demo needs. I’m giving them 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Pricing - 5 Stars - Precon came down 15% and closed the deal. Equipment, work ethic, safety, orderliness - 5 Stars Consistency, timeliness, attitude, 5% Stars Pricing small extras and last minute extras - 3 Stars (too expensive) Overall Satisfaction and would I recommend Precon - 4.75k Stars - and YES, I would, and I will recommend Precon without hesitation!
