Predator Services

Predator Services is an amazing landscaping company who completely transformed our backyard. They are courteous, prompt professionals who made quick work of clearing our yard and made sure we were informed of their arrival and departure time so that our dogs were able to be let outside during the days they were on site. I would highly recommend this veteran owned small business for any of the services they offer. We will be seeing them on the regular for landscaping and plan on adding their pest control services in the near future. All around pleasure to work with!

Two Reviews in one! 1st, Chris is my personal pest go to guy! He is prompt, courteous, and super thorough! He doesn't try to sell me things that I don't need, and he eradicates any pests that do pop up. His prices are fair and I highly recommend! 2nd Review: As a Realtor / Property Manager, it is imperative that I have excellent vendors in my book to call at a moments notice. Chris is Always available for me for Inspections or emergent needs. I had a property that was in really rough shape very suddenly with ants because of the constant rain. Chris went, diagnosed, and treated the same day! I couldnt be happier and I highly recommend!

The owner (Chris) knows his stuff for sure and is very responsive....in my case within 24 hours. We had a bug infestation in our kitchen due to some corn we bought to feed squirrels. Chris knew exactly what we had to deal with, the lifespan of the bug and how to kill it without compromising our doggies and/or our life. And, he's a fellow combat Vet....so he has my respect !!

We wanted to remove any access areas where pests could get into our house. Chris came and put steel mesh over all areas where access could potentially be gained. He also set up traps to see if we had any current problems. He came back the following Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to check the traps, and finding nothing, removed the traps and called it good. I had a bee hive developing in a lawn waste can and could not get to to because of the bees. So I started looking first thing in the morning online for help and Chris responded with in only a few minutes told me he’d be there that day and was on time.He is Very personable and knew exactly what to do. He was only there for a short time but solved the problem so I cannot be happier.
