My injector pump was failing and I reached out to Predoc and while I made it clear that this was not an emergency, ProDoc prioritized a tech to come out and he fixed my system within 20 minutes. He stuck around to do some extra maintenance and replaced a worn part, just to be safe. The meeting ended with a test to insure that the pump was working properly and some suggestions on possible issues in the future and, when I asked about preventatives, he said a yearly checkup is a good rule of thumb, There was no hard sell and the price was right where I expected and what I was quoted, flat fee to clear the line of a obstruction and the rest was just good service, I highly recommend PreDoc and they have earned me as a customer!!

Fixed my broken sewage pie in the fraction of cost of other companies. I have a broken sewage pipe and I quoted 4 companies and they are the lowest. They came on time. Staff are very friendly. They explained how would they work. They dig down and find the broken pipe and replace it. The most amazing thing is their cost is nearly 1/3 of other big famous companies, Like Horizon, Lens plumbing. Not mention they did a quality job!

Also, I appreciate your help a few months back in solving an issue I had with my hydraulic unit. Thank you Phil for your honest diagnosis and physically fixing my newly installed unit.

These guys are the best in what they do. We have a septic tank and grinder station that other companies tried to diagnosis, blaming everything except the root problem. We went through over $1500 with one company, and they problem was never solved. Predoc came out the next day, traced the problem down to the fundamental issue. I'm confident that we won't have another related problem because they did their due-diligence. Thank you Phil and the team!

Sorry for the lengthy review and this is something I never do but it is well justified. I used Predoc to perform yearly maintenance on my septic system. This year (2020) after the maintenance was performed (that same night) i had a awful septic smell throughout my entire house. I waited a couple days thinking the smell would dissipate and after it didn’t, i called Predoc. I was put in touch with a couple different techs who both advised me that what was done wouldn’t of caused this issue but at this point i was made aware that during the maintenance was performed something needed to be “fixed” and i would receive a proposal soon. A few days past and i called back (the smell was awful and I’m pretty sure was putting my family’s heath at risk), at this point i was provided the proposal....
