So the Planet Fitness at 10500 Parellel Parkway just had their parking lot done by this awesome company and the results speak for themselves! The entire parking lot is uniform and was done with such attention to detail and professional workers! It was also a pleasure to see the dedication that they take to ensure a spectacular result and product. If you need to find good contractors who will deliver, look no further than this company!

First of all, I'm also in construction as an HVAC contractor for 35yrs, so I know construction. We were very impressed with Preferred. Great communication, great workmanship. The salesman Jason, gave us an honest quote that was higher than others we received. He did a good job explaining exactly what was in the quote. I know what goes into a quote and the art of estimating. I knew the other quotes we received were suspect due to the lack of detail. If anyone gives you a quote for a driveway that doesn't spell out the thickness of the pavement and what they do to prepare, consider it incomplete. They gave us a date and actually was able to fit us in a week earlier. Jason showed up by 8:00am with his Forman and crew. They laid out the area that would receive pavement and confirmed with us.

Rob and his crew at Preferred Asphalt are amazing! They have been taking care of our parking lot at Perfection Connection Automotive for several years and we could not be more satisfied. I expected the cost factor to be much higher, Rob will NOT sell you anything you don't need!

Preferred was a new vendor for our HOA to repair our curbs and sidewalks. We were so impressed with their workmanship, crews and dedication to complete the project on time and within budget. This company and Rob the owner are just beyond incredible!! We were ripped off by another company and Preferred and Rob came to our rescue. Our parking lot has always been bad since we purchased our building. There were literally LAKES in it after a rain and one visitor's car was damaged going through one. We ended up refinancing our building to get it repaired and were scammed. Rob and his crews came to our rescue. Our parking lot is now the most beautiful lot ever. No lakes when it rains and that was NOT an easy fix because of the way we sit. Everyone of those men were incredibly kind and worked overtime getting our lot fixed SO fast and perfect for our visitors! Very little interruption.
