Highly recommend! Speedy service, very fair price. We had a slow leak in the upstairs toilet, leading to mold forming in the ceiling of two rooms downstairs. These guys were able to come over next day and start the remediation process. Our mold problem has been solved and our home is back to normal.

When the pipe behind the wall in my kitchen broke and flooded my basement I called Preferred Choice Restoration Solutions. To be honest, they weren’t my first call but they were the first to answer my call in the middle of the night. Angelo and Justin (the owners) were at my house within 45 minutes. They were able to clean up most of the water and had drying machines set up about an hour and a half after that. They came back the next three days to monitor the drying and were able to get it all cleaned up before it turned into a mold issue. There’s nothing worse than coming home after a night out to the sound of gushing water but if it ever happens to you, call them right away no matter the time of night. A+ job!!!! Highly recommend them!!!

When you need a restoration company the most important thing is the response time. I have used Preferred Choice twice and both times they came to the rescue within the hour. The quick response time saved us a lot of money. From start to finish they handled everything and put our mind at ease. From the owners to the employees, they were very professional. WHAT A MESS NO MORE!! Angelo and company were on the case after my cesspool filled and backed up into my basement. Immediate response and start of remediation.
