Had tech out. Very prompt and he did a thorough job looking over my furnace. Cleaned it well. Runs a bit smoother now. I was very happy with the service I received.

I had a working a/c until preferred heating came over for an inspection, then their technician wrecked a part in the process and then tried to charged me for the part they broke. Zero responsibility was taken by preferred heating. This happened on Friday now me and my family have to wait until next week for a different company to fix their mistakes. By the way it’s 85-95 degrees this weekend. Definitely not recommended

We are very pleased with the work. Put new furnace and ac unit in with zoning . The crew were very respectful and cleaned up at the end . Very good at answer all of our questions. This is not the first time using them and highly recommend them.

This place is top-notch in my book. Quick response, professional, knowledgeable, answered all my stupid questions and even let my dog help them out, lol. This is how a customer service based business is supposed to run. I will and already have recommended them to people I know.

In February of 2024 I attempted to install a water softener by myself. I didn't do so great so I called Preferred heating and cooling to see if they could help. They came out and saved the day. I paid and thought that was the end of it. In May of 2024 I noticed there was a slow leak on one of their 3/4 Pro-press Ball valves. I called to have it repaired under warranty and they came out and repaired the problem. In July of 2024 another one of their installed 3/4 Pro-press ball valves started leaking, again. I called again, they came out again, and repaired the valve, and also left quite a mess in my basement, multiple copper burr's and a large amount of spilled water. I received a bill in late August and they charged me to repair their faulty installed valve. I contacted them in August and
