As a commercial construction manager, I have high standards for project execution, and Julie Wu and her team met them. Design & Planning: We began with PK&B's Conceptual Design Service. For a $200 fee (which was credited back to our contract deposit), Julie provided a 3D rendering that perfectly captured our vision. Their showroom is excellent; being able to see and touch the materials firsthand ensured there were no surprises regarding the final look. Preferred Kitchen and Bath just completed a 2nd Kitchen remodel for us in our home in Dana Point. We used them for another successful kitchen remodel 12 years ago in Dove Canyon so we had a real comfort in selecting them although they were not the cheapest and we went with a different style in the new kitchen.
