Extremely satisfied! German is fantastic -- personable, very knowledgable, and always on time. I scheduled an appointment to have my Bosch refrigerator and microwave fixed, which was super easy to do. German was very polite and respectful, diagnosed the issue quickly and came back the next day with parts to fix my appliances. 10/10. German is a rockstar!

Great overall experience with the repair of our GE Profile dishwasher. Making the appointment was quicky done and the Service Technician, Titov, arrived at the appointed time and was quick to diagnose the issue and made timely repairs. The whole experience was professional and it was enjoyable to work with a friendly staff. I will definitely use Royal Appliance Services again if the need ever arises.

2nd time I've used this company and I wasn't disappointed. Ist time the man who came out to look at my washing machine told me it would be expensive and he said it would be best to buy a new one. I appreciated his honesty. Because of that great character I called this company again today. My dryer was making a loud screeching noise. They arrived in less than an hour and repaired it. Very nice and polite and left no mess. I thought the price was very reasonable. They have earned my trust and loyalty.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great experience with Royal Appliance Services. They came out promptly, were professional and courteous, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on. The issue ended up being a very simple fix, and what I appreciated most was their honesty, there was absolutely no attempt to upsell me on unnecessary repairs or parts. In an industry where it’s easy to feel taken advantage of, it was refreshing to work with someone who was straightforward, knowledgeable, and focused on doing the right thing. The repair was handled quickly and efficiently, and I felt confident I was getting an honest assessment the entire time. I’m very thankful for the transparency and integrity shown, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or recommend them to others.

I can’t even put into words how happy I am. These guys were great from the beginning when I first made the call ask about my washer repair. Stan was very helpful and explained all the information I needed. And then to my surprise he scheduled my service for the next morning. I was elated! German Titov and his partner showed up on time and prepared to do the repair. They were very friendly and told me what the problem was. And before I knew it, the washer was repaired! These guys are going in my contacts in the event I have any appliance issue. This is the 5-star service that companies used to give years ago and I’m happy to say that Royal Appliance still provides. Very rare these days! Trust me, I’m very critical and selective about who I hire for service. You 100% need to use Royal😊👍
