Preferred Management

I just wanted to share that I had a good experience with PM. The office staff was nice, maintenance was done promptly and I had no problems with getting my deposit back. Our apartment was very nice. I wanted to stay with PM because I wouldn't have needed to reapply for a new apartment if we could have found one in our desired location. The place we found happened to be managed by another property management company. I would be happy to rent from PM in the future if needed.

Just walked into the office a was greeted by a complete rude male directly behind the secretary desk what rude inappropriate human. After being talked down to like I had no clue what I was doing after simply offering to help as I was referred to them by people we work for this inconsiderate excuse for a man who clearly has issues started spouting off about a company he uses who does not pull permits or doing thing by code how would I know this well I fix their capitol mistakes on the daily. Funny when how I walked out of this sorry excuse for a humans office he kept speaking bud I hope you find Jesus you need him.

I've been very pleasantly surprised with this company in the best way. I've been renting with these guys for over a year now and have had zero problems. They've been responsive, accommodating, and convenient. My tours were scheduled quickly, their in-office staff is always helpful, and they've been superb answering my questions and accommodating requests. Very impressed!

Easy to contact. Responds quickly. The maintenance team does a great job of repairing things in a timely manner. The office team is always professional and friendly.
