This idiot from preferred materials thinks because he’s in a truck and he turns his turn signal on he can just change lanes on Wickham. I had to break before this guy hit my front quarter panel, maybe next time I’ll just let him hit me then he can explain to his boss and insurance company while he drives like such a jerk. This facility is a public nuisance and a possible violator of environmental regulations. We live in a community close to, but more than a mile from, their Melbourne operation and are routinely assaulted with noxious fumes emitted from the plant when they're cooking asphalt. I've tried to call them several times when their emissions are at their worst and it seems that their SOP is to leave the phone off-the-hook at those times. As we live in a state and municipality that seem to have no concern about the quality of the air and environment, getting local government to act in controlling this pollution seems to be a dead-end too. It's time for the community to act and discourage this business from polluting our air. Boycott Preferred Materials - a bad neighbor and corporate citizen.
