Service was UBER-tastic! I stopped into my local branch and needed a couple of LED lamps to finish a job that day. Items were not in stock. However, a branch 45 minutes away *did* have them in stock. Customer service said "No problem, we can have them Uber-ed to your job site." This option saved me an hour of my time and the items went directly to my crew at the job site. BUFFALO 716 is theee best site one location! I dont know the dudes names, but there is about 4 or 5 of um who are outstanding in every aspect of their job when i walk through that door. As a single owner/operator company not spending 10s of 1000s a year they treat me like i do. The atmosphere in there is awesome and il continue to use site one as long as some of these dudes stick around. I hope their boss buys them a pizza next friday. Maybe with some wingies, too.
