Called & spoke with a very nice & friendly person who took the time to listen to my problem & within 2 hrs a service man here. Explained the work he did for me & was vey professional. I highly recommend this plumbing company.

I called for an appointment on Monday morning and was given an appointment for Wednesday around 11:00 am. I finally received a call on Thursday around 2:00 pm. The dispatcher told me that the technician was on his way. When I told her that my appointment was for the day before and I was looking for someone else, her response was, I am good with that. No apologies, just rudeness!

I hired Prejean's to change the main water shut off valve when we were getting our house ready to sell. The shovel work and plumbing was first class. Everything else wasn't. They left the old valve in the front yard for me to pick up, left muddy hand prints on the wall, the shutter & the privacy screen. Not to mention the faucet cover on the now muddy ground. If you need a plumber steer clear of these clowns.

I am beyond appalled at the way I was just spoken to by the woman answering the phones for the company this morning 5/9/16. Not only was she rude in tone of voice in speaking to me she hung up on me not once but twice when I called back the 2nd time requesting to speak to someone else. She said she was the manager would not give her name and out right said she did not have time to speak to me a customer requesting information on the companies services. I have used this company before for the business that I manage and have never been treated this way before. I called another company and was greeted much more appropriately. I'm with the Darby's review, the receptionist was rude and hung up on us three times. The service we got was delayed all day- no fault of ours. Then we got a bill for weekend-night fees! Kevin had problems but we were not informed of this until nighttime- we were not requesting a night emergency- I would not recommend this plumbing service!
