Recommended by a neighbor, Chris arrived within an hour after I called. The Big company that came out previously had declined to consider a repair, wanted to put in a new system around $15K. Chris found a simple shorted wire, fixed that, tested the system, did some free maintenance, and charged only the basic service charge. Fast, simple, low cost, friendly - what other complements can I make?

Chris did a great job. I appreciate that they were able to reschedule me within the same week after an unexpected conflict with the originally scheduled day. Denise responded quickly and rescheduled. Chris found one issue and replaced it during this annual tune-up. I will continue to use him in the future.
