These guys are awesome! I called them over my pool was so green I didn't think it would ever come back to sparkling blue again but it did! It took them about a week to come back and look nice again. Sean's a wonderful guy knowledgeable kind nice man.. I have hired them to do it weekly now and I expect my pool to always look perfect. As you can see in the pictures it was bad.

While Royal Pools is *slightly* more expensive, I’ve learned that value isn’t just about what you pay — it’s about what you receive. And with Royal Pools, you truly get more. They provide emailed chemical reports after visits, photos of cleaned filters, and excellent communication throughout. I’ve also appreciated their commitment to addressing tougher issues, like managing black algae during periods of heavy rain. My only regret is not making the switch to Royal Pools sooner!

I called Sean to try to schedule a maintenance/repair service for pump, heater, and lighting. He provided honest advice and help that actually answered all my issues over the phone without him creating a service call. I greatly appreciate his customer service. It's not often anymore you come across companies that want to provide great service first, as opposed to just selling a service. This is how you gain business, not lose it.
