Premier 1 Heating and Air

I had Premier 1 Heating & Air come out, our system stopped working and we have a 3 month old baby. They responded fast and got us a same day apt. Their Tech came out and he was very professional and explained everything. After an hour of looking over the system they found the issue and was able to get it fixed and repaired. I liked that they had the part on the truck so I wasn’t left with out heat. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. Fast service/ professional and reliable.

Technically efficient. Respected my home and were extremely careful in not damaging wood floors, painted walls, etc. Clean up left my home immaculate both inside and outside During the installation and when completed took the time to explain the process, the technology, and how to use the system.

Eddie and the team came out to our house in Oceanside, CA to install a new furnace and new ducts. They were professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Eddie explained every step of the process to us in detail with images/videos as well, since we weren’t planning to go into the attic. They also notified us of rat evidence (when we had pest control come they praised us for catching it early - thx Eddie!) Eddie is responsive, and it’s obvious to us that Eddie cares about his work and his clients and showed us that he will go above and beyond. Eddie and the team cleaned up everything when they finished as well. Thank you so much!

Could not be happier that I stumbled on these guys at Premier 1. I ran into some hiccups finishing up getting a split unit working and they came to the rescue. The pricing was fair and the service was same day, fast, and worked with my schedule which I appreciated. Both of the gentleman that came out were very knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done. Call me relieved! I recommend you trust them with any heating or air work you need done.

I am thrilled with the exceptional service I received today. All my questions were answered and MORE. My technician went well above and beyond my expectations, uncovering several early but serious issues with my HVAC unit. I now am able to approve the treatment plans recommended to avoid potentially unrecoverable damaging conditions in the future. My technician was kind, patient and thorough with photos of all concerns and a follow up appointment in 2 days. Amazing. Highly recommend.
