They treat your home as if it were their own, explain everything in a way you can understand, and make sure you’re comfortable every step of the way. It’s rare these days to find a company that genuinely cares, but with Premier Air, it’s clear they take pride in their work and in taking care of their customers. We’re so thankful for them and wouldn’t trust anyone else with our AC needs!

Awesome Company I have been using Premier Air for years, they have installed 2 complete aircondotioner units for us in 2 different homes... One recently as last month, completing it in one days time! Always very professional , very respectful of your home. Mr. Jeremy & his team are in my opinion top leaders in this area for excellence and quality maintenence of their equipment that they install!! Our A/C went out over night, so my husband and I called Jeremy with Premier Air Services since we have been extremely pleased with them in the past. Jeremy showed up the next morning and gave us a very honest and fair quote and replaced our entire system the next day. Extremely easy to work with and his crew did an excellent job! Attention to detail is important, and you will get it with these guys. They cleaned up behind themselves and now our house is cooler than ever with a brand new upgraded system. I’d recommend them everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. Thanks!!!

Had them reinsulate part of my AC duct. They had done some work on the duct a few years ago. They came as soon as I called. The service call was fair, the labor was fare, but $225.76 for a four foot square of insulation is outrageous. A 4 ft. x 125 ft. roll from home depot is $229.00. Truth be known if they had done proper job the first time would not have had to come back. If I ever had them back I would want them to wear a mask when they give me the bill, if you are going to rob me at least look the part.

I had an excellent experience with Premier Air and Jeremy Thompson. My wife was home with our 2 month old son, when the A/C went out at 3pm on a 98F day. I called Premier Air and they were at my house at 3:25pm that day. He was very Professional and personable, and had our issue fixed in no time at all. I could not recommend them more.
