I purchased the speed queen washer and dryer from premium and couldn’t complain at all! The customer service in the store was second to none. The delivery and installation was simple! Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

I ordered a refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher through premier appliance in Johnson City TN and it was a very wonderful experience the staff were very helpful ! They didn’t have my refrigerator in store so they had to order it which they got in a couple days after I ordered it, they actually got it in early which was amazing and they delivered and installed all three not even a week after I ordered them and the installers JD and Owen were absolutely helpful in explaining exactly how to use my new appliances and were extremely professional!! If I could give this company 10 stars I would I highly recommend them to anyone who is needing new appliances!!

We purchased Speed Queen clothes washer and dryer set from Premier Appliance in late January, 2026. Chris did a very good job of telling us about the features of both machines and left the window wide open for us to make a decision. He also explained how distributor deliveries were running behind after Christmas, and they did not have a commitment on when the next shipment would be received. This was a bit concerning, but it was the truth! To compensate for that uncertainty, he said Premier was offering a free back-up option for those who decide to pre-order. If we were to have a breakdown of either or both existing units, Premier would provide us with a temporary replacement until such time as the new units were available. We decided to buy that day! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful in guiding me to the machine I knew I would be happy with. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality appliances and excellent customer service.

Very knowledgeable staff and friendly. No pushy sales talk or pressure. Great at presenting the facts and then letting you make a decision. Delivery was very well done, professional and very careful to respect our property. Took time to explain how the refrigerator worked after it was installed. We will consider them again for our next purchase. A little more expensive than "Big Box", but delivery better and in the end you get MUCH better customer service - you get what you pay for!!
