My wife and I bought an older home in 2016. Not long after we met Kyle from Premier Builders for the first time. Since then, he and his very able crew have done numerous projects here (Some people realize Spring has returned when they see red-winged blackbirds; others because they see that trees have begun to bud. Kyle knows when he gets a call from me.) We have been more than satisfied with the work he's done here, some of which has highlighted his ingenuity and expertise as not all of the work has been straightforward. I have recently had my basement renovated again for second time in 2 years due to a recent flood situation. Kyle from premier building services promptly responded to me with a quote that was below current industry standards. Not only was he able perform the work that I needed, but after discussing with him all of my basement needs, I soon realized that he could help with all parts of the job:flooring, drywall, electric work, plumbing and woodwork as we redid our whole staircase.
