Our sales person, Jackie, came in our her day off to help us pick out an affordable carpet and be able to rush our order. Jackie has helped us in the past, but she goes above and beyond. She has also brought carpet samples to our home in order to save us time. We continue to come here for the excellent service we receive.

We had our carpet installed on 9/24/21 from Premier Carpet. Im not one to write reviews unless they are bad. But I have to say this purchase and install both were flawless. Karen in Sales did a great job and had patience with us in our long-term process to find the right carpet /color that worked for us. Prices were comparable or better than others we initially shopped. Also the installers Brian & Brandon were awesome. They called with expected arrival time and were on time. Both very professional and did a great job. Very good at their trade. They were polite and happy (not grumpy) guys. We will definitely go back to Premier Carpet if we have future flooring needs. Thanks Karen, Brian, Brandon.

I needed new carpeting (bedrooms and hall) and vinyl plank for a living room and dining room. I stopped in the North Ridgeville office due to the proximity to the location of the job and the staff was super helpful. I said I want inexpensive but not crappy carpet and a good looking vinyl plank for a house that is going on the market. They pointed me to really great options. Let me take the samples home to make sure they looked good. Picked them back up when they came to quote a few days later and had the quote within a day. I have to stay the quality of materials is better than I found at big box and installation was about the same cost as big box stores. Materials arrived in the time quoted (4-6wks) and they were done in 2 days. The carpet looks so good for the price per sq. foot.

Just wanted to say “Thank You” to Jackie. I called the store yesterday needing something. She went out of her way to find it for me. I stopped in to get it and ended up talking with her like I’ve known her forever. She picked out the perfect carpet for me… I love it 😍 Thank you to both wonderful ladies at the store. 10 stars

I had a wonderful experience from beginning to end. Allison was extremely helpful. She wasn't pushy but answered all our questions. She didn't try to sell us higher than we wanted to go. She asked the right questions. She was fast with our quote. The installers were very nice and very professional and did a great job. I have recommended Premier Carpet to several people and explained that we went to a few different places and felt like they didn't have time or care if they made a sale. At Premier we felt like a valued customer from our very first visit. I would and have highly recommended this company for all you flooring needs.
