Premier Climate Care

I have used Premier Climate Care for over 25 yrs. It is a family run business and they are all great to work with. They have done work for me as a contactor and personally.

Been using Premier for years and they always come through with prompt and fantastic service. Just used them again to fix my AC unit since it decided to go on the fritz before the heatwave. Kristen had Paul on his way to help ASAP and upon arrival, he had the problem diagnosed and repaired in a flash. If you need HVAC work, give them a call!

In 2021, we purchased a new Heating and Air Conditioning system which came with a 5 year warranty. In January 2025, the thermostat for our AC stopped working and was replaced by Premier. The thermoset was not under warranty and we were told it would cost about 2k to replace, so we chose a cheaper thermostat to be installed. To install it, the technician told us he had to bypass the control board in the AC unit for the new thermostat to be used. On June 4 of this year, our AC did not work, we called Premier and they came on June 5. They attempted to fix it, but said we needed a new control board which would be delivered to them on Tuesday, June 10th. We called and talked to Michele Menser on Tuesday, and she said the part didn’t arrive but would get the tracking number from the manufactur

Extremely disappointed in the service, or lack thereof, from Premier. We waited 3 months for a part, with no updates or follow ups Provided. Once the part was received, the technician cancelled the scheduled repair late afternoon. When Premier called to reschedule, there was no accommodation offered to accelerate the repair, nor any options or alternatives provided to us as customers to resolve our issue. Let the customer beware - service is not a priority!
