I hired Premier Comfort to install a new furnace. I gave them a key to my house as I was going to be out of town. When I got back, they had installed the furnace and new thermostat but didn’t turn the breakers back on. Since it was winter, a pipe froze and burst. I had to pay to repair the pipe, replace drywall, cleanup the flooding, and stay in a hotel while the repairs were happening. I believe it’s the son of the owner who sold me the unit. He was nice and personable when he was selling me the furnace but when I told him that the breakers weren’t turned back on and my pipes froze, he argued with me, threatened me, denied that his team did it, and blamed it on another phantom contractor. Great communication everyone from start to finish was honest and professional. Keith did a great job giving us our real options and advice. Came up with a quick resolution and his team (Sonny and Alec) that installed a furnace were Courteous and professional. Would recommend their service to anyone in Fox Lake area and lake county.

I don’t give 5 star reviews. It’s not common at all. This company saved my winter. I’ve called another HVAC company, an electrician and someone else bc my heater was down in -22 weather. All of the technicians before him said the problem wasn’t the HVAC. This company fixed the issue in less than 5 minutes. I’m not exaggerating. I told him the same things I told the others and he fixed it immediately. The technician then went on to educate me as to what happened and why so I’m aware. This is my only contact for servicing my HVAC from now on.

Joe from Premier was great. He listened to our concerns about bird hitting outside AC blower, also explained options & how warranty & annual service plan worked. He cleaned & did annual maintenance of AC & furnace, was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. So glad we have Premier to take care of our HVAC needs! Had also installed new furnace & AC last fall. We are loving our new HVAC & Premier!

Called premier comfort when our heat went out this past winter. Technician Keith came out looked everything over and did a PM and got us running again. Shortly after we had a weekend ER call when the circuit board went out. Technician Keith did a same day repair and we had heat again. Unfortunately needed another service call and yet again Keith showed up after hours and took care of us. Professional service and friendly support. Highly recommend for HVAC maintenance and service. 10/10
