⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't recommend Perry Markee and the team at S&S Repair and Restoration highly enough! A busted pipe caused major water damage in my basement. They made the whole process seamless. Their customer service was top-notch, always responsive, friendly, and willing to answer my questions. They handled everything with my insurance company smoothly, which took a huge weight off my shoulders. The work was done quickly, but the quality was professional. My basement looks better than ever! I had the pleasure of working with S&S this Summer to complete a job i've wanted done since I bought my house on 2023. After no luck getting anyone to respond with a quote, I was suggested S&S. They got back to me within a few days and the job was complete within the month! I had an AC unit I wanted removed and a window installed. They did such a great job and I love being able to open the window, view my backyard and enjoy more natural light in my kitchen. Great pricing, fast turn around and quality work!

I had a sewer pipe collapse from my house to the street. I had Roto Rooter dig up my front yard and install a new line. They said they also did mitigation because I had a huge backup and flood on the first floor and into my finished basement. I was so unhappy with their mitigation I called in S&S to do the job the right way. They were fantastic and thorough while working with Kody my Insurance Adjuster from Country Insurance. Phil Witz their Mitigation expert documented everything that needed to be done (also what wasn’t done by Roto Rooter) and because of that I had no problems getting complete coverage from the Insurance Company. Amazing experience with S&S! Our roof was 20 years old and really starting to show its wear and tear. S&S was responsive, efficient, and honest. They were not pushy and understood that filing an insurance claim was not for us. We received 4 estimates and S&S was the only one that the original estimate never went up. They included everything we needed upfront. The Workers communicated well, protected our plants and siding and didn’t leave a trace behind. Highly recommend.
