Carl was excellent to work with and his crews did a great job. This was our first home with a home with a crawl space and on the water. We relied on Carl's expertise and couldn't be happier with his recommendations. We chose luxury vinyl plank for the inside and a product made from recycled plastic bottles for our screened in porch. This is our 3rd complete re-model of a home and Carl and his team are one of the best contractors we have worked with. Would highly recommend them👍👍

I had a very disappointing experience with Carl and his team during an upstairs flooring renovation that began in late November 2024 and was ultimately abandoned, unfinished, in May 2025. 208 days to be exact. At first, things seemed promising—Carl and his crew were friendly and accommodating. However, the quality of their workmanship quickly became an issue. There were noticeable mistakes in the installation, including misaligned boards, visible gaps near the trim, and damaged planks that needed replacement. While they initially addressed these issues, it became clear they were not experienced with engineered hardwood, which is what we had chosen. We are so excited about our new flooring! From beginning to finish, Carl, Jessica, Tyler and his team, were all so very personable and cooperative. They completed the floors in a professional and timely manner, all while giving the personal touches and considerations we needed. We will look to them again for any future flooring needs. They were the best!!!

Carl and his team did great work for us when we installed laminate flooring in our kitchen. When we went into the store, we knew we needed to replace the vinyl flooring but had no further thoughts on what we were looking for. Carl listened to us and provided guidance based on our needs and the amount of wear and tear we could expect with a household of adults, kids, dogs and cats. The install crew was great, completing the entire project in a single day despite us not having completely emptied the room as we should have.

We recently had Premier install new flooring in both our bathrooms. It was such a positive experience! From beginning to end everything went smoothly.
