Premier Flooring installed LVP in my home and after a few years the floor started cracking and pieces breaking off. I asked if they would replace the 12 to 14 of the worst planks that were breaking and they said their installation warranty was only good for two years and it had been five years, but they would file a warranty claim with the flooring manufacturer and pay for the inspection. They said it would take about 90 days for someone to reach out to me. It has been six months and I have not heard from anyone. I had a professional flooring installer come out to look at the issues I was having and he indicated it was a bad install job. We had our kitchen remodeled in the summer of 2021 which included new LVP flooring. In the months/years that followed we've had to have them over at least 3 times to repair sliding and/or broken tiles. This has been an ongoing problem. We contacted them in the summer of 2025 again because tiles were breaking and raising. They sent over an inspector who determined that the installation was done without leaving an expansion gap which was the likely cause of the issue. Premier Flooring contacted the tile manufacture that sent their own inspector. The manufacturer agreed to replace the floor tile. However, Premier Flooring has refused to cover the installation costs even though it was faulty installation that has caused this ongoing issue because the "workmanship warranty" has expired

My husband and I have been very disappointed in Premier Flooring and the Shaw flooring they sell. We moved into our new home in August 2019 (currently 5 years old) and our flooring is falling apart. The marketing says “Our hardest working vinyl flooring built for the most demanding environments” “Water proof. Pet proof. Worry proof” and yet ours is 5 years old and not covered by any warranty. We have submitted claims and they stated that the flooring is crumbling due to our dining room chairs. The only solution we got was to be given an estimate for them to lay all new flooring. We will not be using this company in the future or recommending them to others.

Premier Flooring did a fantastic job replacing the flooring in our whole home (carpet and engineered hardwood). Installers were prompt and did wonderful work. The account manager for our project (Jake Heckaman) was detail-oriented, gave great advice on what would be ideal for our lifestyle, and had great communication throughout the process. 10/10 would recommend.
