I worked with Premier Floors to replace the entire floor in my condo after it was damaged by water. While I initially had some issues with my first project manager, once Fred, the owner, learned about the situation, he immediately stepped in and went above and beyond to make things right—even several months after my project had been completed. We had a fantastic experience with Premier Floors after massive flood damage in our home. Fred’s teams replaced and repainted many of our ceilings and walls, and replaced every flooring surface in our home. We got lovely plush carpet upstairs, and an “oak” LVP for the downstairs. The stairs were done in oak hardwood, were stained to match the LVP, and turned out beautifully. As pleased as we are with how it turned out, the best part of the experience with Fred and Premier was how easy and painless the process was to get our flood-ruined home into the best shape it’s ever been. We will certainly be back with Premier next time we want to do a home project.
