Very impressed with the service received. Not only do they donate to local non profits, but when I won the silent auction for an hvac air scrubber, he came out to install it, helped me get my hvac scent diffuser working again, and found the cause of an issue we had been having with our upstairs unit, all at no cost. I was so impressed, I’m having them come back out and clean our air ducts. Highly recommend. Support businesses that support local non profits.

When Craig (the owner) arrived, he immediately knew where to go based on the problem I described to him and was also immediately able to recommend a course of action. We scheduled it for two days later and he didn’t charge me for the consultation. He was very friendly and professional, and was even able to help my neighbor who had a few questions about his own system Free of charge. Good old-fashioned help is still available in this area! Highly recommend.

Premier came over on short notice when my heat went out. They were professional, friendly, and took the time to explain everything they were doing. After asking about upgrading to a Wi-Fi thermostat, they returned the same day and set me up. I was very pleased with both the service and the cost. Highly recommend them!
