The experienced realtor my wife and I have been working with recommended Scott Haskell for our home inspection. I'm glad he did. Scott went to the house first for about 45 minutes to do the inspection and take pictures. After my wife and I showed up, he was ready to give us a tour of his results. Immediately we could tell he had incredible experience to back up his report, able to note not only the condition of the house, but also likely why the house was in its condition and referencing historical standards and how they have changed over the years. The report included about 16 pages of detailed information and included pictures. His price was very fair, and his demeaner was calm, professional, and courteous. I very much recommend Scott and his business.

We have been very happy with the Home and Commercial Property Inspections conducted by Scott Haskell, owner of Premier Home Inspection Service LLC of Rapid City, SD. Scott inspected both the home we purchased in 2011 and the commercial property we purchased in 2005. We ended up with a huge amount of plumbing issues in our house, none of which that the inspector caught other than “you can expect to replace water heater in near future”. The water was red with rust from the water heater when we moved in and the plumbing company noted that the inspector told us the wrong manufacture date of the water heater as well.
