Just had our shower stall redone. Salesman, Jacob Barker, was courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The work was completed over a two-day period. We are very happy with the outcome, and would recommend Premier to anyone needing similar work done.

Just awful from day 1. 3 days into the 1-2 day job the installer left and there were so many issues that we refused to pay the balance. Broken wall panel, leaking drain through the floor, caulk overflow everywhere, faucet not working correctly, shower base not level and pouring water onto floor, and more. 10 days later they send new installer and he breaks new back wall and knows nothing about the other issues and leaves. Now they aren't responding to texts and messages. Follow up: They sent a new guy, broke panel and didn't know all the issues, day 2 of new guy, he finished and assured me the leak was also fixed. Nope, still leaking, he never even checked it, and shower doors still don't line up against edges. Avoid these guys at all cost!

We had a great experience with Doug tonight. His presentation was thorough,honest and very informative. His friendly and patient personality,allowed us to feel relaxed and gave us the ability to ask the questions we had. And we had a lot of questions. He got us a great price and we couldn’t be more happy! Highly recommend!!

Doug Wilson was wonderful. Answered all our questions and recommended a few options for us that we didn’t know, could even be available. Quite a few options for financing. The product was something we didn’t consider thinking it was going to be out of our reach financially. We are so happy with everything Doug had shown us and he was very professional and personable which made the experience enjoyable. Thank you to Doug for his knowledge and time with us!!

The installers did a beautiful job. One minor leak and door adjustment needed a week after install but the service department was super quick to respond and all is well. Highly recommended!
