The grading that was done on the backyard during the build was so POOR that I had to pay someone to grade it again and sod it. Premier Homes would not fix it. Multiple issues that were either not or half heartedly addressed after multiple phone calls and email. Their game seems to be to subcontract quick builds and disappear.
