Premier Maintenance & Remodeling

Backstory: We ordered a new custom front entryway from Pella. When the Pella Team came to remove the existing entry, they found that the wood framing around the door was rotted and could not perform the installation without the framing being replaced. So, the Pella Team left the door in place and sealed the front entry with insulating tape to keep it from getting worse. Pella then referred me to Premier for the remediation. Situation: A representative came out to talk about the small project which included: 1. Remove the Door (something that Pella would have done anyways) 2. Remediate the rot and replace the wood framing. 3. Seal the front entry so that Pella can perform the installation. I was quoted a price that included 2 guys for a full day to complete the project. They are unorganized, poorly manned, slow paying lip service. I was hired to paint for them, they were to have their part done 3 weeks before the customer was to move in so that I had 2 weeks to paint. They had the drywall ripped up in EVERY room of the house the day I was to begin. They say "will have a full crew tomorrow", "will be done in two days", "the check is in the mail"..... The job was about 8 weeks past the expected completion date. They also did work for a friend of mine, they start a small remodel job, worked 1 day then it took almost 3 weeks for them to come back to finish the job. They did an archway in a door, the arch is NOT even. I will not hire them nor would I ever do any work for them again.
