Premier Painting

The owner (Guillermo) showed up to give a quote for an exterior paint job on my house. He appeared attentive and gave a cheaper quote than other companies. He seemed somewhat professional, so I went with him. He told me I would be his first job in the Spring, so we signed the contract. After spring came and went, and I gave countless unanswered calls, emails, etc., he finally showed up late August. His crew was late everyday, and they trickled in over the week. He told me 3 days, and the job took more than a week. On the final day of the job he demanded more money, claiming he underestimated the amount of paint he needed. Ridiculous. He gave the quote so he should honor his word to finish the job on a signed contract. He is the "professional" and should estimate properly. He left the back

Fair price for excellent work. The crew was polite, hard working and careful. They did some extra things outside of the quote that were greatly appreciated. Nearly all of our interior was painted also our exterior trim. The quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Gil communicated effectively with us during the entire project. I would hire Premier Painting again without hesitation.

Pros Fair prices Pleasurable to work with Great clear cut lines on ceilings Cons Multiple areas of paint drips found on door fixtures, bathtub, showers, and floor. Hidden costs after estimate for multiple paint colors. Does not replace switch plates or keep track of screws when taking them off. Painted trim needed another coat after the job was finished. Did not replace or fix window inset that was broken by employee while painting. The owner was such I nice pleasurable man to work with that I hesitated to give such a low review, however there were just too many Cons, to rate any higher.

Bad experience. We went with Premiere Painting because they were cheaper than other quotes and hoped they'd do a decent job but you definitely get what you pay for. Guillermo, the owner, was impossible to reach (did not respond to multiple messages) and his crew showed up 1-2 hours late every day. A job that was supposed to take 3 days ending up taking 5, and they left a mess (paint splotches on hardwood floors, four soda/Gatorade bottles left around the house, etc.). They lost screws to our bathroom cabinet door and Guillermo said he would be back to fix it--TWICE. Both times he no showed. Save yourself the headache and pay for a better experience!

Premier Painting painted our living room, dining room and kitchen and also did some patch work. They were very professional, courteous and did an outstanding job. We had new carpet installed just prior to the painting and they wore shoe booties to protect the carpet. I cannot compliment this team enough. I would recommend them without hesitation. Call them, you will not be dissapointed.
